We come look at your roof
Pick a time that works for you. We measure the roof, check the decking, the flashing and the gutters, and take photos of anything that matters. It costs you nothing.
You get a real price
One clear number for the whole job, in writing, with what is included spelled out. No high pressure pitch and no sitting through a two hour presentation.
We build it right
We install Owens Corning shingles, we clean up the site properly, and the owner is on the job. Then we come back once a year for five years and check it over.

Nothing. We come out, measure the roof, look it over properly and give you a real number in writing. If your roof has years left in it, we tell you that and we leave. No charge either way.
$9,997 is where our new roofs start. What you pay depends on how big your roof is, how steep it is, how many layers have to come off and what we find under the shingles. You get one clear number before anything is agreed. If you would rather spread it out, financing is available and a new roof starts at $197/mo.
Yes. Financing is available and a new roof starts at $197/mo. We go through the options with you at the estimate so you can see the whole price and the monthly side by side, then you decide in your own time.
If your roof install is 20 squares or more, we include new gutters at no extra cost. A square is 100 square feet of roof. We measure your roof at the estimate and tell you straight away whether yours qualifies.
Two, and they cover different things. You get a 50-year Owens Corning manufacturer warranty + 25-year workmanship warranty. The 50-year one comes from Owens Corning and covers the shingles themselves. The 25-year one is ours and covers how we put them on, so if something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it and you pay nothing.
For 5 years after your install we come back once a year, walk the roof, clear what needs clearing and check the seals and flashing. It is included and it is free.
We install Owens Corning shingles, and they carry a 50-year manufacturer warranty. At the estimate we show you the colours and what each option costs so you can pick with the price in front of you.
