Terms of Service

Small Dog Roofing is a roofing contractor. Booking an estimate through this site schedules a visit. It is not a contract for work, and it does not obligate you to hire us.

The estimate is free and there is no obligation attached to it. We measure your roof, look it over and give you a written price. You are free to take that price and do nothing with it.

Pricing. $9,997 is the starting price for a new roof, not a quote for your roof. What you actually pay depends on the size, pitch and complexity of your roof, how many layers have to come off, and the condition of what is underneath. Your written estimate is the price that counts.

Free gutters. New gutters are included at no extra cost on qualifying roof installs of 20 squares or more. A square is 100 square feet of roof area. We measure your roof at the estimate and confirm in writing whether your install qualifies before you agree to anything.

Free maintenance. For 5 years following a completed roof install by us, we return once a year to inspect and maintain that roof at no charge. This applies to the roof we installed.

Workmanship warranty. Our 25-year workmanship warranty covers our own labour on roofs we install. If something fails because of how we installed it, we return and correct it at no cost to you. It is a warranty on our work, and it is separate from any warranty the shingle manufacturer offers on the materials themselves.
